MID TERM REPORT 


In PE I improve in my fitness because last year I did not do so well in fitness I would all ways get tired every time when it comes to community run or beep test. but this year I improved on my fitness because when it comes to the beep test i would all ways try to improve myself and try to get to the point  where i cant continue. when school is over I go to a gym to play soccer with my cousins every tuesday and       Thrusday. We run a lot in the gym and wont give up until we score a goal. 
  In PE i deserve to get a 93% because i work really hard and i try my best everyday

Mid Term Report

In spring break i started to go to the gym and start working out about every week. I start to practise with my brother on working on my stamina because its quite low. About 20 mins on the treadmill with my brother after i started to stretch. Afterwords when i got my speed back from spring break i was ready for PE. I started to get muscle and i started to eat healthy and cut down on my weight now im working harder to stay fit so that this summer i can join an soccer team. But thats a long so all i need to do is practise on my fitness if i want to acomplish my goal.

interim report

In PE i had quite lot of fun in the past year and over the year it was challenging but when i had push myself i become a good student. The challenging parts were the beep test because you will have to have speed, and stamina. It challenge me because of the speed. The second hardest was the 30 min run because you will need speed stamina. It was challenging for me but a lot of times i try my best for example like the local motion I push myself so that i can become better and better. The other one that was not challenging was the insanity because i did it a couple of times so that i push myself to the limit. SO now the only thing i got to do to improve is that i need to push myself to the limit.

Sujan's PE BLOG

I really enjoyed PE over the months and I request a mark. The mark I want is an A for the semester because I always come prepare to class everyday. The second reason is that I try my best to stay fit and healthy so that if we were doing the beep test or community run I would never stop and keep going. My third reason is that whenever we do choice or fitness I always tell my friends or other students to try there best as they do it. I would tell them to keep going and never stop or if they do get tired I would tell them set a goal for them selfs as they do the fitness or as they play I also do that as well. My last reason is that every time when I see someone ball hug the ball or they do not pass I would tell them to pass it to someone else cause I seen lots of people getting opened and they do not get the ball. When I play I would pass the ball to someone else and let them play it does not matter if the are bad or if they are good I would let everyone play. The percentage I want is an A.
